ALL THE CONCERTS OF THE 2020-21 SEASON HAVE BEEN CANCELLED BECAUSE OF THE COVID-19 RESTRICTIONS.
The 13th June outdoor concert in Havering is also officially cancelled.
As a consequence, we are currently planning to hold a socially-distanced rehearsal and playthrough session in St John's Waterloo, on the afternoon of June 12th.  The program is as shown below, and limited by the 60 or so people we are allowed to have at one time in St Johns...
We would like to cover the costs of putting on the day, so we are encouraging players to make a voluntary contribution of around £10 per person, unless you have already kindly paid part or all of this year's WPO subscription.
Please pay this in advance into the orchestra's bank account.

Instrumentation: 2 2 2 2 : 4 2 3 1 : T Str
Jonathan conducting, Christian Halstead leading.

NOTES:

We can only use the grey plastic folding chairs, and they must be wiped down afterwards.
Players should bring their own stands, no stand sharing (strings).  Sufficient parts will be available.
No refreshments will be provided: players need to bring their own.
We cannot realistically use the green chairs because we would need to provide, and use, a special fabric sanitiser.
There will be a one way system in the church and the side doors will be open for exit.
Wear a mask until you sit down, and
put it back on again to move around.
Please help to clear up at 18:00.
